I have account credit which I'm trying to use to upgrade my account to a Pro account, and every time I select to upgrade I get an error stating "There was a problem creating your subscription." It's been like this for a couple days now. Is there something else I should try?

It is recommended that all account issues be handled through email with the devs at <a href="mailto:Team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">Team@roll20.net</a> . They will need to know what email the account is registered with. As this issue is to be handled through email, this thread will be closed.
