Tables that can roll dice

I would like to see my tables be able to roll dice. For example I have an encounter table, I roll on the table and get 1d6 wolves. Instead of simply telling me to roll for 1d6 wolves, the table rolls the number of wolves for me and when I roll on the table it gives me a 4 wolves instead of 1d6 wolves, having already rolled the 1d6 for me.
I like this suggestion! Basically - be able to put inline rolls into the entries of a rollable table. Even better if those inline rolls can call character attributes and abilities. I tried to do something like this the other day, as a way to automagically roll crit damage if the attack roll is a 20. It didn't work, of course, but it would be really cool if it did.

It would also be nice to roll a dice and have the result of that choose from the table instead of only using weighted values. Example is the fear table in Savage Worlds. For everything less then 20 the weighting works but once modifiers are added in and the values can go above 20 with no upper limit so weighting doesn't work. There would need to be an option to have a macro like roll on the table options along the lines of /roll 1t(d20+?{Modifier|0}) With a table something like this: Value Result 1-3 Result A 4-12 Result B 13-16 Result C 17-20 Result D 21+ Result E

It'd be nice to completely automate wandering monster rolls in one of my games and would allow me to implement some "stupid dice tricks" for other games here on Roll20 without needing to resort to the API.
Another thread also suggests this, and mentions the fact that after you roll for the wolves, it'd be nice if you could drag the picture out from the chat, onto the map.
