Google Plus

I am having problems getting roll20 to come up in google plus hangouts. Not sure if I am missing something, though. On game page I click Launch in Google +. It loads hangouts and I have a roll20 app icon in the left hand side of the screen. When i click the roll20 app it acts as if it is loading but nothing happens. I have tried testing with other players on as well, both by invite and link to no avail. I have also tried uninstalling the roll20 app and reinstalling it. Am I missing something?
Current system specs are windows 7 64 bit, Chrome Version 54.0.2840.71 m (64-bit). Running no extensions.

Hi Odin,
Did you ever have Google Hangouts ask for third party permissions on Roll20's behalf when you first launched the game? You might want to try a browser cache to see if the permissions got gummed up at some point.

I did a few months back and it was working just fine. It has only been recently that it has stopped functioning. I forgot to mention that I have tried clearing the browsing content multiples times in an effort to correct this and it has not helped remedy it.

I would suggest doing a cache cleanse if you haven't already done so and force Google+ to reinitialize its permissions from a fresh start. Google does a lot of updating to their platforms, so it's possible that an older build in your cache is causing issues here.

Fixed. It was due to my settings in Chrome blocking 3rd party cookies. Thanks for the quick response and the assistance.

Ah! That'll do it. :) Glad to hear you were able to resolve the issue! I'm going to close this thread now.
