New to dynamic lighting

I watched a 30min video on dynamic lighting and I figured out how to do it for the most part with the small issue of how far the players can see, i set the range to 60 and they were able to see 80+ anyway they can't see past walls or doors that remains dark to them however anything else that isn't covered is in their field of view i changed it to 30, and 20, and 10 but their range remains the same does anyone know how to fix this? thank you

Hi Rinzaru. I can think of a couple places to check first for this. What are your Grid settings (Size and Scale) on Page Settings? https://wiki.roll20.net/Page_Settings#Grid Is Global Illumination turned on? (Also in Page Settings), try unchecking global illumination. https://wiki.roll20.net/Dynamic_Lighting#Global_Il... Or, another place to check is the "Multiplier" setting under the Token, Advanced. https://wiki.roll20.net/Token_Features#In_the_Adva... If this doesn't resolve it, write back.
