Only yesterday our group was campaigning until 00:56 PST (12:56 A.M.) and were planing to reconvene at 19:00 PST or 7:00 P.M. PST only to have a complete disconnect between what I (the DM) and what the players were seeing. Some could no longer see any player controlled tokens, only NPC's, as well as no longer able to see maps in the background layer. I have forced everyone out of the room, all signed out, and I was the first to join back in and resolved nothing. Then as a fallow up I created a copy of the room only to have the same issues follow. If anyone has a troubleshoot or workaround please don't hesitate to reply.
