Help creating important NPC

Hello, I'm unsure if this is the correct place, but I'm looking for some help creating an NPC in 5e. Nothing too hard you may think, well he has a part of a God living in him meaning some things need to be O.P. I can't say too much here in case my players see, so if you think you could help, drop me a pm
