[5e Community] Not adding full proficency bonus

Having a problem with my rolls not getting the right amount of bonuses on skills or attack rolls, on my character sheet it shows the correct amount which is +3 from proficiency + whatever stat. When i either attack or use a skill i am only getting +2 from my proficiency instead of the +3.

First off, take a look through the attributes listed on the 'attributes and abilities' tab, look for a duplicate 'proficiency bonus' or whatever it might be called for the sheet. These kind of errors are usually down to rogue (no pun intended) attributes causing conflict (I once had a player with 0 armour class for several sessions!!). Similarly a refresh/cache clearance might help. Clear your cache If it's a no for that solution let us know and we'll move onto other ideas.
i could not find anything labelled as proficiency bonus, could that be the problem? also all the other players in my campaign are having the same issue, so i dont think its a cache thing, but i cleared it also and still has the issue.

The aforementioned Attribute (on the Attributes & Abilities Tab ) is probably named "PB". You should also delete any Attributes that look like the following: " <skill> _bonus"; e.g. "deception_bonus" " <ability> _mod"; e.g. "strength_mod" To delete an Attribute, hover over it and press the x button that appears.
I have nothing labelled PB either, also didn't have any skill bonus or ability mods

Okay. Could you please copy/paste/enter the following into the Text Chat of your game: @{Corrin "SilverTongue" Tosscobble|acrobatics} Then, copy/paste/post what the Text Chat returns.
(ceil((1)/1e10) + ceil((1)/4))+(floor((17-10)/2))+0
