So, the GM is saying that all the other players can see the image, but I can't. I tryed all the basic steps, right browser, cache cleared, and so on. Have no idea on what to do now.

Hi Pedro. Is your GM using Dynamic Lighting (a Pro subscriber feature of Roll20)? This information will help to diagnose it.
