How do I make changes to "My Image Library", if I am not the creator of the game?

Is it possible to access the "My Image Library" without creating my own games? I would like to make some changes in my store, and possibly download anything from there, because the store on my PC was lost. If there is such a possibility, then please explain how I do it.

There's no such thing as the My Library page now, no? Aaron's bookmarklet may not work any more.

The Your Library page is being phased out and will be eventually removed . It currently still exists, but should not be expected to exist for long.

I feel this page should be kept around as a read-only page that simply shows all your Art Library without allowing changes.
