It appears that your player is having issues connecting to Firebase, a data host of Roll20. https://roll20-1.firebaseio.com/pingdomcheck.json The above diagnostic webpage should simply display "{"online":true}" if a user is able to connect to Firebase. If that diagnostic check fails, there's unfortunately not much that
Roll20 can do on their end. Here's what Phil B. of the Roll20 Dev Team has said about this particular issue: If this is happening then, there really isn't anything I can do about
it. It's an issue with your ISP, or even their ISP. Basically somewhere
on the internet between you are firebase someone is blocking the
connection. If you are not able to set up a free VPN, then your next
option would be to call your ISP and tell them that you cannot connect
to firebase, a web host. Other than that you're only options are to
wait, and maybe it will get fixed by them eventually or to play from a
different connection like at a coffee shop. Notably, many users from Crimea have had issues with Firebase, and have opted to access Roll20 via VPN.
