Maps are not loading properly

Hello. A couple of weeks ago one of my players started having issues with some of the maps in my game, which won't load properly. That's how they look for her. Some maps are glitched for her, she can see through dynamic lightning on the ones that actually load. It seems that this issue comes up in any browser she is trying to use (we checked chrome, opera and firefox). She is using Windows 7, and JavaScript is on. She also tried switching off all the extensions and clearing her cash, but it didn't help.

Link to her page log (it seems it won't appear if I'm copying it into the post) <a href="https://docs.google.com/document/d/1JXxKD2sLWvYPnN" rel="nofollow">https://docs.google.com/document/d/1JXxKD2sLWvYPnN</a>...
It appears that your player is having issues connecting to Firebase, a data host of Roll20. <a href="https://roll20-1.firebaseio.com/pingdomcheck.json" rel="nofollow">https://roll20-1.firebaseio.com/pingdomcheck.json</a> The above diagnostic webpage should simply display "{"online":true}" if a user is able to connect to Firebase. If that diagnostic check fails, there's unfortunately not much that Roll20 can do on their end. Here's what Phil B. of the Roll20 Dev Team has said about this particular issue: If this is happening then, there really isn't anything I can do about it. It's an issue with your ISP, or even their ISP. Basically somewhere on the internet between you are firebase someone is blocking the connection. If you are not able to set up a free VPN, then your next option would be to call your ISP and tell them that you cannot connect to firebase, a web host. Other than that you're only options are to wait, and maybe it will get fixed by them eventually or to play from a different connection like at a coffee shop. Notably, many users from Crimea have had issues with Firebase, and have opted to access Roll20 via VPN.

Just checked. Apparently, the link works properly for her. It seems this glitch only appears on maps with dynamic lightning on.
Could you ask her to try loading the game after disabling her anti-virus programs?
Unfortunately, switching off anti-virus didn't help.
I've notified the Dev Team of your situation. I would recommend trying a VPN in the meanwhile.

Hi&nbsp;Iurii, have you tried checking off on the Dynamic Lighting settings to Update Only on Drop to see if the lower processing required for that option may work for her?
Hi Kristin, yes, update only on drop is on. We have also tried VPN, but it didn't help.
