Chat archive blank - any way to restore?

I recently noticed that the chat archive for one of my longer-running campaigns no longer opens correctly - it just displays a blank page with a "hide whispers" button on the top right. I have a feeling it may be related to the size of the chat log. Is there any way a dev might be able to temporarily restore/make this chat archive available so I can download a copy of it - then I'll clear the archive (which I assume may allow it to start loading correctly) Below is the chat archive url: https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/chatarchive/1610068
Dev please response to this problem, we need our chat archive back.

Out apologies for the wait. We had some backlog due to the holidays. We had to do a lot of combing through the archive to figure out what happened. If you check now, you'll have the chat log back. There is a gap on November 6th, 2016. In order to get the chatlog working again, we had to take this day's archive out. During that session, the GM mentioned copying and pasted something regarding "Concentration" that errored out. It spammed several unfound Unicode blocks. Whatever was C&Ped at that point was caused a JSON corruption. Would you happen to remember what and were the text was copied from?
The chat log does indeed seem to be accessible now - thanks! I don't recall if it was that specific day - but I do remember at some point a discussion about concentration and I (or one of the players) tried to copy/paste into chat some content (related to the rules of the 5e concentration mechanic) from a PDF. Perhaps there were some funky characters/formatting from the PDF that blew up the chat? If you really wanted I could probably try replicating the issue (assuming its related to content being copy/pasted) - but I don't exactly want to risk killing my chat log again xD

I'd probably make a solid bet that it was likely the PDF copying over some funkiness along with the ride. If you want to test, I'd recommend just working with a newly created blank game. No sense breaking the game you and your group are actively participating in. If the PDF C&P is what broke that game, then it would likely break whatever game you try it in.
