You're missing a Character Theme! You can pick one starting out at level 1. It's the Heroic tier version of a Paragon Path/Epic Destiny. You might like Devil's Pawn, unless it conflicts with your character from an RP standpoint. The Encounter power Hellfire and Brimstone it gives you is pretty sexy, since it auto hits and is a great minion killer and for when you want to soften up some non-minions before dropping some AoE. Encounter Arcane , Fire , Zone Minor Action Close burst 2 Effect : Creatures in the burst take 5 fire damage. The burst creates a zone that lasts until the end of your next turn. While in the zone, enemies take a -2 penalty to attack rolls and all defenses. Level 11: 7 fire damage. Level 21: 10 fire damage.

Alright there are a few problems with this character. The first is that unless the DM is allowing you to roll, the lowest a stat can be is 8 so thus your 5 strength would not be legal. Secondly your modifiers seem to be off for your Intelligence and Dex. The modifier for a Dex of 14 is +2 and your 16 Int is +3. I think you may merely have mixed up where the +2 racial bonuses go. Your racial bonuses get added to your actual stats so your Dex would be 16 and your Int would be 18 which would give you a +3 and +4 modifier. As a level 1 character you would only get 1 feat. You should have your powers listed on your sheet. Also as a wizard you would actually have access to two daily spells in your spellbook but would only have one memorized/usable per day. After every extended rest you would then decide which of your daily spells you have memorized.

Your ability scores are 12 points over the normal point buy rules, if your game is using that. Doesn't look like you choose an implement for implement mastery class feature. You have only 3 skills trained besides Arcana, they are all not class skills so you can't train in them, you also get an extra one because you are an eladrin that one can be any skill you want. You have only chosen one at-will power, you get a second one. You have not chosen any cantrips you get four of them. You can only prepare one encounter spell and one daily spell at level 1 but you get to have two of each in your spell book. Feywild Protection is a paragon tier feat you can't choose it until 11th level. You have the ritual caster feat for free but don't have it listed. Under rituals you have some nice roleplay notes but it should list the magical rituals you have mastered, you know 3 level 1 rituals Just so you know having a pit-bull as a pet in 4e will not do anything for you since it is not an animal companion.
