I would love the ability to undock the chat window to make it a dragable window that I could position anywhere. Beyond that though, I think it would be very nice to be able to create new chat windows for specific conversations (such as a private dialogue between the gm and one or more players). Typing /w repeatedly gets old fast when you are having a fair amount of back and forth. It also makes it that much more likely that one typo can lead to sending your private post into the general party chat. It would be very useful to break out dedicated chat windows for conversations with a specific player or players. Typing whispers to 3 separate players with the same message is just annoying, so being able to have a dedicated window for the conversation with those players would be a great time saver (I do realize I can up arrow and change the name each time to repeatedly send the same message, but that is still time consuming). Picture asking all the players to make a perception roll and then popping a new chat window open and quickly adding the players who made their roll to it, and then typing what they hear in the distance (Perhaps all the players names would show up in a bar and you just select/deselect a player for the window by clicking their name).
