Create circles using a centerpoint and radius

I think it would be helpful to be able to draw a circle by starting to draw using the center point then defining a radius by dragging out. Almost everytime we've wanted a circle we wanted it defined from a center point and perfectly round but instead had to create a circle, count out the diameter vertical and horizontally, then move it to where we like. It works, but it's clumsy and a bit slow. Ideally we'd like to select the circle tool, hover over the target, count out the radius. Done. Perfectly placed....If we then need it to be an ellipse it would be nice to drag a horizontal or vertical anchor and pull one side and have it mirrored, although we'd still be happy adjusting the 2 sides. Not exactly a high priority item, but it would be nice.
Heck, I'll take this idea and improve on it a bit: Instead of doing the mirrored anchor points for an ellipse, just make the radius-circle tool bound to alt or shift or ctrl or some combination thereof + click / drag. Ctrl + Shift + Drag, bam, perfect radius circle.
Exactly what I'm getting at with an option to make the shape oblong after the fact.
C...could we get a square :o I have had many a late night where I'm trying to draw a square and yawn mid-draw only to add a row or forget a column only to have my players looking at me like I'm an idiot <.<
+1 Drawing a circle by picking a corner and dragging for the size is weird. Essentially, you're asking the user to draw a SQUARE and then you're putting a circle inside it. Selecting a middle and drawing a radius would be a lot handier.
I don't even understand why they use the corner method: it takes more code, is harder to store, and is harder to use. +1
+1 when i usually draw a circle i know my center and my radius, i don't always know the outlaying square, and it can be a bit difficult to guesstimate it
+1 I'm getting ready to start work on a new campaign, so now would be a great time to have this. :P

+1 I have been smashing my face into the keyboard in frustration over this for a LONG time.
Don't see why this hasn't been implemented since launch. +1
+1 Agreed. I feel there's too much guesswork involved in drawing shapes.
