map and chat bar both minimized to top of screen, with exception of the table top side bar

my map and chat bar are both minimized to top of screen, with exception of the table top side bar. I can not get them to enlarge back down. I can only see a sliver at the top of my screen with the names of the other players on it.

Nikki, could you please check your extensions or add-ons and if you have any try disabling each one in turn? Usually this is the culprit. If it is an extension and you can find out which extension is causing this I would appreciate it. - Gauss

Try disabling all your chrome addons -- It worked for us!
