Seeing character sheets

I'm on an iPad, using the iPad app to see roll 20 site.  I'm using safari browser. It won't let me see my character sheet.  And keeps bumping me off. I've down loaded Mozilla and googl e each. Didn't work.

Hi Lola. Are you using the Roll20 App for iPad? Or are you opening the Roll20 website tabletop in your iPad's Safari browser? Try downloading the Roll20 app from the app store and see if that works better for your character sheet.

Sheets not showing up

I am using the app for iPad. It resizes the game room for iPad. I can see chat okay, and click on dice roll, but as far as character sheets go, I click on the one under my name and I don't see a sheet. It doesn't come up. Nor do blank ones. The DM can and can click on it.&nbsp; Ive tried both Mozilla and chrome browsers. Mozilla gives me an error message when I try to enter the game. And chrome doesn't work right when I enter the game either.
