Dynamic Lighting not working?

I have dynamic lighting on a map. Got it working, next day I tried to recreate the same on a different page to find out it wouldn't work at all. I go back to my original one that I had working the previous day and no longer works as well. No settings have been changed. Is there a reason for this or anything I can reset to make it work again?

Can you describe how it isn't working?   For example: Are tokens no longer seeing when you view as them with ctrl/cmd-L or logged in as their player? Are the DL lines missing from the DL layers? Are the DL lines not blocking light or sight?
They do not work with ctrl L, or on player side.  The lines are there on my second map and none on the first map. I just added sources of light on the first map. I think it may be a browser issue. Im using google chrome. I just tested it on edge and seems to work a little more often on edge.. but still has times that it will just not work at all. If anyone knows specific settings that may affect this please let me know.

I'm having the same problem as of earlier this week.  Everything is setup but when I'm testing lighting via hitting Ctrl+L on a token, and nothing happens, but if I minimize/maximize the side panel, it refreshes the map and then the LOS from the token's lighting shows up.  However if I move the token, the lighting doesn't change until I refresh the map again.  This only  happens for me in Chrome, Firefox on the same PC is working just fine in regards to properly updating the lighting. And after some quick testing, this is only effecting my Windows 10 PCs, my Chrome bit in my DnD table is still working fine interestingly enough. Edit:  After some more tinkering, turning on "Use Hardware acceleration when available" in Chrome's advanced settings has fixed the issue.  Not sure if there was a recent update that fiddled with this or not.

Cesar said: They do not work with ctrl L, or on player side.  If this were the only problem, I'd suggest that the token doesn't have "has sight" checked (for ctrl-L) or doesn't have all or the gm explicitly on the permissions (for logged in as player). It could be an Graphics Accelerator issue as Jon P. notes, also check the console log for errors.  If none of that clears it up, we can escalate this to a bug report...
I tried the same thing as Jon, I turned on Hardware acceleration and now it runs just fine. I had tried several things before but this worked instantly. Many thanks for the help.
I have a very similar issue happening for me regarding the dynamic lighting not working and needing to be refreshed for it to work briefly. I tried to turn off hardware acceleration but I couldn't see it (apparently some video cards don't support it or something). I'm running it on Windows 10, Google Chrome.
Have you tried it in another browser? For me it worked more often on edge than it did on chrome before hardware acceleration change. At least as a last resort...

@Justin Hardware acceleration is an option within google chrome. Open your settings within chrome by navigating to: chrome://settings/ At the bottom, click show advanced settings. Scroll all the way down. Right above the restore settings section at the main bottom is a check to enable hardware acceleration. Enable it, then try your DL to see if its working. Most users are reporting that doing this fixes their DL issues.
Thank you for the help Franky! Got it working for me.
