Can't create a new game

I just created an account to play some DnD with my friends as a DM, but I can't create a new game. Nothing happens after I click create a game, even after waiting for 5-10 minutes. Could use some help.

You went  here then type in your games name and chose what character sheet you want to use, if you wanted any then clicked on the "I'm ready, Create Game!" button? Just wanted to be sure of the steps and if you did that, did it give you any errors? If so can you post them? If not then let us know and we will start the troubleshooting procedure.
