LFG: Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, FATE

After watching the film, Im very keen on the setting. Pre-Victorian England with muskets, cannons and zombies, giant moat around London and thinking Zombies that control mindless Zombies. How is this not already a system???
All flesh must be eaten
Aside from the zombies, what sort of weirdness should there be?  Or are you looking for something closer to The Walking Dead in terms of grit?
I must admit I havent seen Walking Dead. Im more than happy for grit, I just fancied a change on the usual. Movies are always modern day with guns and explosives etc and in D&D there too much of a spreadsheet feel too it (a calculated use of optimal spells) A game where the hordes of undead are  a foe to be contended with not just a pile of exp to be mopped up with mass aoe abilites. P&P&Z appealed to me because of the limited tech and pragmatic approach. Giant moats, formal training and desperate measures to keep the masses at bay at any cost.
