2 players can't see or hear each other, but everyone else can see and hear them both?

So, I am having issues with two players in my game. I can see and hear both with no issues. Everyone else can see and hear both with no issues.They can hear and see everyone else. However, they cannot see or hear each other. One has Chrome one has Firefox, but I don't think that's the issue, because everyone else can see and hear them both. We have tried multiple games, with no joy. No adware, no blockers, tried all the audio/video suggestions. Neither are blocking the other, both have tried changing all of their audio and video settings with no change, comp restart, reconnect, and still nothing. Everyone can see and hear them except each other. Couldn't find anything like this in the bug forums. Suggestions? I forgot to mention, that we were playing last night, and neither one had issues seeing or hearing the other. 
No solution but having a similar issue. One of my players has had a similar issue. She logged in and we can see her icon but she can't hear us and we can't hear her. When I put the cursor on her icon, there is no volume control and no whisper icon. Tried all the audio and video suggestions as well and several other players are very tech savvy. No luck with any attempts to rectify.
It has now spread to another player. The avatar no longer has the whisper icon in the top right or the volume control. 
My players can see each other's avatar screens, but then they go black instead of going to video. Meanwhile, everyone else can see and hear both of them. There are 5 people total in the game. Only these two cannot see or hear each other, but can still hear and see the other 3 people in the chat. 
But we were able to solve the problem by leaving and joining again. But this solution did not work for the original player that had the problem.

To streamline the updating process for our integrated WebRTC Video and Voice chat system, we're asking that all troubleshooting take place within our feedback thread . If you're having issues with our chat system, please first try using the "Reconnect" button in your Settings tab at the bottom of the Video + Voice options. If reconnecting does not help, please provide us with a Console Log . Please also supply us with a report on your WebRTC connectivity. Please go to this link for a WebRTC diagnostic test. Once there: 1. Click on the Start button. 2. Allow the test to run itself through the various subtasks (Microphone, Camera, Network, Connectivity, and lastly Throughput). 3. If the test runs into any issues, click on the bug icon at the top, this brings up a new window to create a bug report. 4. Describe what issues you had with the diagnostic test and then click on “Upload Report” 5. This will pull up a new window that provides a link to the report (“The *link* to the report is now available”). This link will be available for the next 90 days. 6. Copy the link and paste it here in our feedback thread . Please post all Console Logs and WebRTC reports within our feedback thread -- without this information, we cannot help. Thank you!
