The Underground parking map had an incomplete image. I noticed this and wonderful Stephanie (thank you) replace the image for me once I had it corrected. <a href="https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/set/1319/the" rel="nofollow">https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/set/1319/the</a>... So, if you bought this set, you should now be able to re-download the underground parking level, which is now complete. Apologies for my weak quality control.
