Blank Chat Archive

I went to go create a backup of our chat archive, but was met with a blank, textured page with a 'Hide Whispers' button that did not do anything. Upon further inspection, it seems the cause may be a JSON error. I have followed the Technical Issue guide, and still no luck. Is there a way this can be restored so we can make a backup of our chat archive before clearing it? What can happen is that if someone in the game copies content from a PDF and pastes it into chat, there can be character artifacts that can cause one of the chat's sessions to corrupt the entire chat archive. If you want to hold onto your chat archive, we can dig through our back end to isolate the session and clean out the one that caused the JSON error. We can get this addressed next week.
We figured something like that was the cause! We have a new rule not to paste from PDF anymore, so hopefully it's avoided in the future. If you could please remove the offending session so we can get a backup, that would be great. Thank you!

Mooseolini, if you check now, you'll see we've managed to recover your chat archive. There is going to be a lot of chat errors because the character sheet was changed mid-campaign, so any roll template that was relying on the old sheet will error out on your old logs. My recommendation is to save a copy of the archive and then delete the chat archive so you can up clean these 90 sessions worth of roll template errors.
