Is it possible to have a custom DC for a spell rather than it having to be the automatic spell save DC? I would like to make a dragonborn's breath weapon spell, but the DC comes from 8 + con modifier + proficiency bonus. Any replies would be helpful, thank you.

I am assuming that you are using the 5e OGL character sheet. You can easily create an attack for the breath weapon and be able to set it the saving throw within the attack action itself.
