[5e Shaped] Is it possible to force the Shaped Sheet to recalculate so that it notices a change in character sheet?

I have been using chatsetattr to make the changes to the character sheets when spells like bless or crusaders mantle are used. The sheet doesn't automatically apply these changes because it doesn't recognize a change made via a script. Roll20 is in the process of allowing api scripts to use a setwithworker function sometime in the future, but is there any way to "force" a sheet to recalculate till they do so?

You'd have to change a relevant field manually to get an area to recalculate. For example change level 5 spell slots from 1 to 2 and then back to 1. The sheet is designed so that triggered changes only update small amounts of the sheet so that it runs fast.
