Game does not load, stuck at loading screen

I am able to access the rest of the site just fine, but when i try to load up a game/campaign, it will indefinitely show me the loading screen. I have seen several similar posts to this, but those were because of a server outtage 3-4 years ago. My computer, a family PC, has an internet filter called NetNanny on it, could that be the issue even though i can access everything else fine?

  • Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox.
• Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20
  • Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs.
• Step 3: Clear your cache
