Dynamic Lighting Will Not Enable

I have used dynamic lighting extensively in the past but for some reason when I try to enable it, there is no effect on the game when I check the boxes for the map settings to turn on dynamic lighting. I have tried reconnecting to the game as a player to test it, refreshing my browser, and several other troubleshooting techniques. Currently the only thing that works for me is fog of war. I suspect that this is a server-side issue with the last update but I'm not certain.

If you use Chrome browser, they recently changed how they handle Javascript, which is what the Dynamic Lighting uses. Please make sure you have hardware acceleration enabled in Chrome, and post back with the results.
