how do i do a macro to for attacks that allows me to select attack i want to use in the macro?

Hi Keith, Perhaps  this section of the documentation can help. %{shaped_attacks} is the correct usage. You can also drag the button from the setting tab.

so i have tried  some like this  [Attacks](~Horus|shaped_attacks) this is what i get in chat window when i test --- Attack button like i would get under OLG sheet. after i click attacks in chat i get the following: No ability was found for %{Horus|shaped_attacks} i am missing something and just not seeing it.....

Did you try just running %{Horus|shaped_attacks} in chat?  Assuming that the character name is Horus, this should generate a list of attacks defined on the character.

get same thing even if i paste it into chat or if i build a macro for it and test. after the no ability message i get the following output in chat:    No ability was found for %{Horus|shaped_attacks}    message 1 Horus|shaped_attacks,                                               message 2 i have even gone through the macro document several times looking for just to see if i was missing something or something done slightly different can could not find any reason so it not to work, even build the repeating attack once to test and it worked. did not keep it on the sheet.   

I'm not quite understanding the issue. Does the "Attacks" button on the settings tab (cog wheel) not work? It should be blank without attacks. If you add attacks it should then have attacks in it. If that's not working please send me a PM with an invite and control over a token.
