New to table top

Hey all.  I'm new to table top gaming.  I'm looking for a group to help teach me and guide me through dnd or pathfinder.  I can play during the week after 8:15cst for about 2 hours or on Friday and Saturday from 8:15 cst for about 4 hours.  I can use text or voice as I don't have a webcam yet but could get one.  

Webcam wouldn't be an issue for most groups, if you use a messenger dice roller or allow the GM to roll for you. As for the two hour game play in my experience that isn't long enough. Hell I usually don't play a session shorter than 5 hours, but that's me. :) if you want something way to get your feet wet  D&D 4e is great for that but I find it lack rp skills and trends to be a little hollow of a game. Pathfinder, D&D 3.5 our 5e are much deeper but as such also more complex to learn.

Totally understand the 2 hr window being short but I could do that 2 hr window multiple nights a week.
