Ipad stuck on loading

Non of my players have been able to join the game with their ipad in the last month. There was no issue with this in December, but now the ipads are stuck on loading when trying to join the game. The apps and the IOS are up to date and the app was removed and re-loaded. Any ideas?
I am having the same issue with no prevail in finding a fix

This is using the Roll20 App or the browser version? For my part, I am having this issue with the App. Browser works fine (Chrome at least)
Same here - app has stopped working, stuck at loading screen, browser works fine
Its for the app
Same here. Worked fine for Android app but not Ipad. Reinstalled app to try again but it didn't work.
Not working for iPad. It worked last week but not this week. It has been on the loading screen for the last couple hours. I tried numerous times all day.

We're aware that there is an issue with launching games on the ipad app. The issue was discovered over the weekend. A bug ticket has been put together to get this resolved. We're sorry for the inconvenience. If you are a subscriber, you should have access to Table on Tablet when logged in on your tablet's web browser.
Is this still an issue? Would like to access the monster manual content, but can't get the app to load.

Still working on this, yes. In the meantime, you can access and browse the Compendium via your tablet's web browser by visiting here: https://roll20.net/compendium/dnd5e/BookIndex and here directly for the Monster Manual: https://roll20.net/compendium/dnd5e/Monster%20Manual
Table on Tablet is a little much for the older guys (late 40's) in our mixed group. Too much going on for a few of them. We use the Tablet apps as intended and really want to get back at it. I have to have a "Parking" page on the table for the ipad players so they don't see anything else. Once again android worked fine albeit a bit slow this weekend. Rolls took 5-10 seconds to come up. I hope this is resolved by next weekend.
My players are all having the same problem. The table on tablet stuff only works on slightly older ipads if I keep them on a map with no image. If I set the player's map to one with an image it crashes on ipad airs and ipad mini air 2s every time. So we need the app back. :)

(for me at least) Any news?? thanks
Any more news on this issue? Would like to be able to use my ipad app for my game on Monday.

We pushed an update to the iOS app. Can you let us know if you're able to log into your games now? There may be players who are still having difficulties with their iPads. If you're still unable to login could sound off as to what iOS version you're using on your tablet, please?
I tested three or four campaigns. Star Wars seems to work well. As does Shadowrun. This is on an original Ipad Air. D&D 5e loads but crashes every time I try to load a character. PC or NPC. I use the shaped sheet, so I suspect it happens when the sheet workers fire to check for spell conversions.
Been trying to use my ipad for a game I tried the roll20app, sometimes I can get in but once I am in I get kicked right out of it. Other times I don't even make it into the loading screen. I tried using the browser and I get kicked out or to the reloading screen.

Virginia, When you say you're getting kicked out on your browser, are you referring to the browser on your ipad, or on your computer?
I get kicked out on the app while it is loading. As well i tired the broweser and it kicks me to a reloading screen

If you're unable to load a game from your ipad's app and your computer, your issue would be from your internet connection. If you're referring to the browser on the ipad, then you can only access Table on Tablet if you're a paid subscriber (or your game's GM is one). Are you having issues with any game you try to load or is it with one in particular. If it's one in particular, what's the name of the game? It could be a game size issue.
Add me to the list of folks having trouble. Trying to load the campaign via browser on ipad it will partially load, then hang then crash. Happens in chrome and Safari.
I'm also having no luck getting my Roll20 iOS app to load (for either my premium account or my wife's free account). We're using iOS 10.3.1. I tried to use a Firefox mobile browser and received an funky error message, as well... My group is getting together in a week and a half and I need to have a solution...

Galen and Brian, are you seeing this issue when trying to launch brand new game? That way we can tell if it's probably a game size issue or a Roll20 client issue. Also, Brian, what is the error message that you get when trying to launch the game in Firefox?
