Viewing Character Sheet Error

A friend of mine and also another user here is having issues with his character sheet. From what he says, before he logged in today everything was normal; after which he can no longer view his entire sheet. His main stats (str, dex, etc.) are still visible, but everything else is lost.

First question is to the GM of the game in question: Did the GM change which character sheet is used for the game?  That is the first thought that comes to mind.  If this is not the case, we're going to need to know which character sheet is being used.  I'm bouncing this to the Character Sheet forum for now, until it is determined to be a Roll20 problem rather than a character sheet problem :)
