Help. All my character sheets have disappeared.

I run a game and every one one the character sheets have disappeared. This includes about 30 player sheets and around the same number of Monsters.

Double check your search by tag bar in your journal tab. If you put in a keyword that doesn't exist, it will not show any journals.
It's not just affecting me, one of my players said he couldn't see his sheet either
I have double checked and they are definitely gone. I was working on setting up some encounters for a game I'm running this week and they just disappeared. The tokens I had in place are no longer linked to sheets and are showing as generic. Does this mean that I and my players need to rebuild 60 or so sheets?
Another odd development. At the same time as these sheets disappeared, six blank sheets showed up like players had imported them I tried to delete them and they went away. When I went back into the game they were back. This happened twice (they are still there)

Ok Allen. Let's run through our troubleshooting steps so we can be sure all the basics have been covered. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you for any information you post from this steps and I'm going to bump this up the chain because this is unusual.
As stated above this isn't just affecting me. One of my players is saying he can't see the sheets either. Also the tokens are no longer linked to sheets. This isn't a problem within my computer

It has been bumped up the chain for a dev review.
thanks
I looked for the console log, but it only showed events from today so I can't show you what happened at the time. What's the name of the Game in question? Could you also post the complete console log?
The game is called Adventurers League (I know original). This is all of the console log that I can get. If it helps, the last thing before this happened was that I created a new character sheet and allocated it to a new player Refused to execute inline script because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "script-src 'self' 'unsafe-eval' https://*.googlesyndication.com https://*.doubleclick.net <a href="https://partner.googleadservices.com" rel="nofollow">https://partner.googleadservices.com</a> <a href="https://www.googletagservices.com" rel="nofollow">https://www.googletagservices.com</a> <a href="https://ssl.google-analytics.com" rel="nofollow">https://ssl.google-analytics.com</a> <a href="https://www.google-analytics.com" rel="nofollow">https://www.google-analytics.com</a> <a href="https://ajax.googleapis.com" rel="nofollow">https://ajax.googleapis.com</a> <a href="http://ajax.googleapis.com" rel="nofollow">http://ajax.googleapis.com</a> <a href="https://d3clqjduf2gvxg.cloudfront.net" rel="nofollow">https://d3clqjduf2gvxg.cloudfront.net</a> <a href="https://cdn.firebase.com" rel="nofollow">https://cdn.firebase.com</a> https://*.firebaseio.com https://*.tokbox.com https://*.opentok.com <a href="http://static.opentok.com" rel="nofollow">http://static.opentok.com</a> <a href="http://www.google-analytics.com" rel="nofollow">http://www.google-analytics.com</a> <a href="http://cdn.crowdin.com" rel="nofollow">http://cdn.crowdin.com</a> <a href="https://crowdin.com" rel="nofollow">https://crowdin.com</a> <a href="http://stun.l.google.com" rel="nofollow">http://stun.l.google.com</a>". Hi Allen, My apologies for only just getting to this. Looking at your Adventurer's League game, I see a notification that this game was rolled back on 02/12/17. Are you still missing these entries after the rollback?
Hi Kristin. No, I got most of them back. I'm just missing the few that were created after the 12th and I can reconstruct those.

Glad to hear you were able to retrieve the lion share of them. I'll go ahead and mark this issue as resolved.
