[5e Shaped] Is there a way to update your Shaped sheet manually?

My sheet updated by its self to 9.0.1 and there is issues that I heard have already been fixed in 9.1.1.  Is there a way for me to update?

Is this the no ability selection bug? The  changelog lists it as a known problem. You'll have to use a workaround like selecting an ability with +0 or removing the ability by adding a negative bonus until 9.1.0 releases.
