Weird checkbox in repeating section problem

I have  a repeating section with a checkbox when anything in a row is changed or a new row is added all the checkboxes in the section get set.

It seems calling an attribute stack is not a good idea (most be a reserved word) even renaming the input to something else did not work.  I had to delete the input and create a new one to resolve this.
