Skill having token issues

I see that there was an issue with amazon on the 28th so I'm not sure if this is related. I am unable to drag my created tokens onto the map. I have a monster template that I copy when I make a new monster, but this morning when I tried to drag one out to the tabletop it just did not drop. I'm on chrome and win10, I have followed all the initial steps in the help wiki but this only fixes it for the 1st drop post fix. Once I delete the token from the tabletop the issue begins again. This doesn't happen with any other tokens or even my uploaded pictures. It is specific to PC/NPC characters I have created. Is there anything else I can try? Thanks

You may have done some or all of the main tech help steps (posted below just in case). If so proceed to step 4 which will allow the dev team to identify any other potential causes. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

Ahh yeah I missed step 4. I'll check that out and post when I can

I figured it out, the problem was between the user and keyboard. I was clicking on the token instead of the name lol.
