Webcam turn on automatically. How to turn off?

Hi, I am going to start my first game as a player tonight and it's voice only. I connected to the game this morning and my webcam and voice turn on automatically. I don't know how to turn off the webcam, I went to my setting and I can choose to not broadcast the web cam, but my web cam still on (it's a built-in camera from the laptop) an I can still see the little led on. How do I turn off the webcam? Thanks, Max.

Interesting.  That appears to be an actual bug.  I just tested and was able to duplicate this by having a game with video chat setup but my local session set to voice only.  I verified that the video is not being sent, but the led is still on.
