Hey Nym. In your game, on the  Collections tab , the deck should be listed with a hide button, as pictured below Does clicking hide make the deck go away?

The standard 54 deck of playing cards is available with every Roll20 game. They can not be deleted, but you can always Hide them from use via the Collections tab that Franky mentioned above.
