We have first time GMs in panic because of the lack of a way to roll things like:
5d10 with exploding 10s *and* re-rolled 1s
5d10 with exploding 10s
among others
Anyone care to offer a solution here?

Current dice mechanics we are planning to implement that aren't already done:
*Exploding rolls with variable minimum roll to explode (e.g. explode 9's and 10's).
There's a huge list being built over there, and the major mechanics are all being incorporated.
One solution is to do it the way you would at a physical table: roll the basic dice, look at the results, work out what re-rolls you need, and roll those.
