Stacking Macros

Hello i have a question about stacking macros i am aware how to stack them once you have made them, however i would like to stack Abilities Tab type of macros together this is the order I'm looking for NPC>Cast Spell>Select Spell>Spell is Show in the Chat. /w gm &{template:npcaction} {{rname=Cast Spell}} } {{description=Select your spell: [Light @will](~<Light> )}} I get an error when i use this (No ability was found for %{|}) Of course I've already made a Ability Roll for the Spell Light like this /w gm %{selected|repeating_spell-npc_$0_spell} Once i get the first one to work i would be able to stack all of the NPC's spell in one macro

You're trying to use an  ability command button there, but you have a slightly incorrect syntax. [Light @will](~<Light>) Should be [Light @will](~CharName|Light) Replace "CharName" with the name of the character where the ability "Light" is. You must do this even if your selection macro is an ability on the same character. EDIT: You can use the selected or target keyword in the button, but then you must have a token selected when you click the button, or be prompted for the target when you click it.
Wow thanks a bunch it worked right away

No problem. There is a logic to the macro language, it just isn't immediately apparent. Happy Rolling. EDIT: Also, it looks like you're using the 5e OGL sheet.
