Some Character Tokens not appearing

Hi. In a game that I'm in, some of the character tokens suddenly stopped appearing for me. One of GMs deleted one of the tokens and added it back, but it was still not visible for me. I tried refreshing several times and even cleared my cache, but they're still not visible for me.

Are they visible to other players in the game? If not, could you have the GM confirm he's dropping them on the correct  layer ?  If that's not the case, could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

The GM confirmed that she's putting the tokens in the token layer, the problem persists between browsers (Chrome and Firefox), I disabled all plugins and the problem still persists, and as I mentioned before, I cleared my cache and the problem is still there. Web Browser: Google Chrome  Browser Version: Chrome 55.0.2883.87 Operating System: Windows Windows NT 10.0 If Javascript is enabled: Yes Your anti-virus software: Windows Defender List of any browser add-ons or extensions enabled: None In the console, for various links, I keep getting this message: "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)"

Hey Crimson. Thanks for the reply. Is the issue happening across multiple campaigns? Also, could you post the complete console log? In the mean time, I'll get a dev's eyes on this so we can get it resolved.

Are you the only one unable to see them? Re: your edit, is it possible your DM deleted them from his image library?

I do believe I'm the only one who can't see them. It is possible, but entirely sure. Edit: It turns out it's not just me.&nbsp;

Check with your DM. That may be the issue. Deleting images out of your library would most likely cause tokens that utilize that image to break.&nbsp;
