Black screen?

So, Im new to roll20 DMing for 5e, and when i was making maps for my campaign. I invited some people to see how they could manipulate the environment, and they said they saw nothing but a black screen. I have turned fog of war off pinged to move them in the center. I can figure out what else to do. Please help. 

Assuming you are using a free account, that eliminates Dynamic Lighting as the problem.  Are the player(s) looking at the same page you are?  Change the page settings background to, say, red, and the grid to a bright blue. Can you see the page and the player cant? It may be their browser settings (Check settings, advanced for something related to hardware acceleration and enable/disable it). As GM you can log in as a player and see what they would see as a player.  Search the forums as well, there's plenty of posts about Black Screen issues and troubleshooting steps.

Yeah when i go to "View as player" the screen goes black

Did you move the red Player Bookmark to the Page that you are working on?
