So. How to put this... Look, I'm not going to call anyone out on anything, especially not in a public forum, but a lot went wrong. We had distractions galore, a lack of focus, and player's bailing never helps, although, it's semi-understandable when a person who isn't invited or wanted shows up. If this is going to work, it's going to take work. I'm going to try a second game and see where it goes from there. That being said, one of the biggest shortcomings seemed to be the time. One player couldn't make it, another barely made it, and one forgot about it. I need to know what time works for all of you.
