HELP!!!!

Me and my friends can't video or voice broadcast, we've gone through the help, we use mozilla, we checked to make sure its update we went to tools and allowed roll20.net and on the home page i have a green lock, on my brothers actually mapping page we have a yellow lock that says parts of this page are not secure ( such as images). we don't get the broadcast button, or the pop -up that says do you want to allow? Help please T.T
