Audio between two players

Im running roll 20 on Mozilla firefox, Windows 10, Another player in the group is running roll 20 through Chrome, but also has Windows 10 operating system. I can hear/see all other players and DM but him. He, likewise can see/hear all others but me. We've made sure all permissions are allowed, still the problem remains.
