Map not updating and no entries in the tracker

In last nights game the GM was using Roll20 WebRTC with seven players. It was was voice only and we did not have problem with communications.  But, most of the players were not able to see any map transitions or updates and could not see any entries in the tracker. We did all the usual fiddling around but could not get it resolved, has anyone else encountered this problem>

Just to make sure everyone's on the same page when it comes to 'fiddling around', could you and the other players please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Each player should post a separate report for Step 4 here in this thread. Thank you!
