Map reset glitch

I use google chrome for Roll20 first of all, but occasionally whenever i input a map and later on insert tokens onto the map such as character tokens, cosmetic chests and tokens for monsters, every so often when i refresh one of two things occur, either all the tokens on the map are deleted simply leaving the basic map behind or the map itself is deleted leaving the tokens behind, this would be acceptable if it were a one off occuranse however it has happened multiple times within the last few months and after much researching to no avail have i been able to remove it with anything i try via searching online.

Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues to ensure that something simple isn't causing the problem? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Each player should post a separate report for Step 4 here in this thread. Thank you!
