I asked the devs for more information on that particular achievement, to receive the Scribe achievement, you must fill out all the information of every game you have. I'll update our Achievement wiki page to add this additional info.
I went back over this as I needed more clarification. Our wiki said as a qualifier was "you have to have more than 2 games," which is slightly confusing. You need at least three games on your account that have fully filled out Game Details pages in order for the Scribe achievement to proc. We made this clearer on the wiki. My apologies for the confusion this may have caused.
