Tokens are still snapping to grid when Alt is pressed

Today, every time I try to move or resize a token while holding Alt, it still snaps to the grid. I wondered if it perhaps was an issue with my keyboard, but haven't been able to find any problems with it. I've closed and reopened my browser and restarted my computer several times. Has this been happening to anyone else recently? Cheers
