Intel gathering.

So have a idea for a campaign. Just looking to see if there is any interest out there for it before a get too involved in the making of it.. Plz let me know what you all think. I will flesh out the campaign more once I hear from the community.  "Not on are watch." is the battle cry for the members of the North American Coastal Patrol (N.A.C.P). Founded shortly after the Final Siege of Tolkeen by former member of both Coalition and Free Quebec Navy. These member were outraged by there own governments handling of the coastal and river waterways during the war. With the reports of pirates, slavers and true demons from the deep run amok, it is there strong belief that the number of people and coastal villages lost rival those lost on both sides of the conflict.... To this end the have chose to activate the US Coast Guard. Not be held to the anyone government and free to defend the waters of North America and Canada as they see fit. 

this would cause problems from both the coalition states and Free Quebec, as they would see these individuals as deserters and traitors, the only way they would be allowed to function as a separate military entity would be if either A)they had the sheer amount of troops and support equipment to overwhelm either if they chose to invade the territory they protect. or B) if they signed a non aggression pact with both territories and have agreements to operate inside their borders that contain water ways. they wold also need a base of operations either outside of the territory of both or on a border so that both entities shared jurisdiction for water way protection. but that is just my thoughts on it as being prior service as well as having classes in political science.

I like the idea on of the non aggression pact. I may go that way with it... 

What do you think of a Rifts: Mercenary book for the ground work of the NACP.. That way they can have a anonymous donor or donors, to keep the lights on so to speak?

well... aside that the Coalition could not actual win/make the siege as written. its an interesting premise that being said i dont play C.s.. or ex c.s. characters as its at best and intentiallyso natzi like.
