In game, you should have a  layer specifically to draw  Dynamic Lighting . If that's not what you're seeing, could you screen shot your layers toolbar?

Features available in game are set by the creator's subscription level. Your best bet would be to email the <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> and see what they can do.
