Can not Drag and Drop items into Character Sheet (D&D5E, Chrome - current update, Microsoft Surface Pro 3, Windows 8.1 Enteprise)

trying to drag and drop items such as a Mace into a characters weapons area from the Compendium, or a spell such as cure wounds into the same area and it never turns yellow. Also if I add an item blank space and type in the information manually it will not show up. After clicking the Cog to close it looks as if I did not type anything until I open the cog again. Similarly drag and dropping items into other folders does not work well either. To move a character I dragged about 30 times and eventually it moved to a nearby folder after 29 (ish) failures.  I have followed the help topics of wiping our my cache which did nothing, updated to the newest version of chrome did not resolve it as well as turned off all extensions. None of this produced a positive result. Note that I can drag and drop into the equipment area, as I highight the entry I want to drop it into it turns yellow as it is supposed to. Lastly:The character sheet I am using is the one in the Mines of Phandelver which I purchased. Not sure how else to describe it.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs .  (Doublecheck antivirus, just in case?) Step 3: Clear your cache (Already done!) If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

Thank you kindly for your replies. I was able to figure it out. The solution was that when dropping into the character sheet you need to drop weapons into the equipment slot for them to appear in the weapon slot. I wasn't expecting that and the videos I watched online did not do it that way. Thank you for the help.
